Workshops delivered

Ten years of building production systems, translated into programs that can be taught. Every workshop integrates theory and practice, with a deliverable lab per session and a capstone project at the close.

After the workshop, the UTXJ group rebuilt the platform in Spring on their own and kept maintaining it in their own repository. A workshop went well when I am no longer needed.

  Web application development with Spring Boot

  Five days · Eight modules and a bonus

  A REST API with Spring Boot 4 on Java 21, from container to deployment. The domain is not a toy: it is built on PEI, the integrative project evaluation platform, whose event has an eight-phase lifecycle — the same one used by science and entrepreneurship fairs.

  Nobody installs Java or Maven: they live inside the container. Each day has a start and an end branch, so anyone who gets stuck can keep going. Slides are written in Marp and delivered as PDF.

  Serverless architecture and voice computing with Alexa

  Five modules · Capstone project

  Voice interface design and real serverless architecture. How a user who speaks thinks differently from one who looks at a screen, and what building on ephemeral functions actually implies: cold starts, timeouts, secrets out of the code.

  The capstone integrates the Skill with the UTXJ science fair system (PEI): querying projects, categories and schedules by voice.

Programs adapt to the curriculum and the level of the group. They can run as an intensive workshop, a semester course, or ongoing mentorship, and new ones are designed around the specific need of the institution.

Where I have built

Technical architect at Tech Mahindra since 2022. The banking, media, and publishing projects are client engagements through that firm: systems where failure is measured in money or in credibility.

   Cross-team architect across developer tooling and fraud prevention. Designed the end-to-end fraud detection flow with real-time alerts, ACID integrity, and sub-second latency at peak volume.

   Designed a configuration-driven backend framework adopted across multiple squads. Real-time analytics platform processing over 2 million events per hour. Promoted to architect on the strength of that integration.

   Audited MuleSoft 3.x applications and authored Azure migration plans, with architecture diagrams and integration documentation under TOGAF methodology.
